- Orders will take 7-10 days to process and ship. Free ground shipping on all domestic and international orders. (X8 currently does not offer express shipping.)
- Once you complete placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information. It may take couple minutes to receive this confirmation email.
- X8 currently does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military address or P.O. Boxes.
- X8 is not able to change the city, state, or zip code, so please make sure to double check your shipping information before placing an order.
Lost or stolen items
X8 is not responsible for packages that have been shipped to the wrong or incorrect address if a customer has provided incomplete or incorrect address/information on an order. Please check your information and address before placing an order.
