In order to return your purchases:
• Products are eligible for return must be shipped within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery
• Returns must be in new, unused, unworn condition with its full packaging
• Email X8 CS (takecare@x8.xyz) to receive a free return label
• Please completely seal your return in the original box with your order receipt or proof of purchase and the return label. If you would like to use another box, make sure it can prevent any damages to the products and packages during shipping.
• Returning process takes 7 business days to proceed. X8 CS will send an email when your refund has been issued.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only full-priced items are eligible for refund.
